Victoria’s Lavender – Limoncello Lavender Spritz

Limoncello Lavender Spritz
Serves 2

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1 oz Limoncello
• 1 TBSP Lavender Honey
• 1 TBSP Lemon Juice
• 6 oz Prosecco
• 2 slices of lemon

Assembly:

1. In a cocktail shaker or in a mason jar, add gin, limoncillo, lavender honey, and lemon juice. 
2. Shake until the honey has dissolved.
3. Pour into two tall wine glasses, and top of prosecco and a slice of lemon.
4. Enjoy!
